My stay at the hotel was both delightful and disappointing. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had clean bathrooms, making it a great place to sit with my family and enjoy the light breakfast available at the top of the stairs. However, there were some issues with additional charges that affected the overall experience negatively.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were stifling hot despite having fans, and reaching my room, 'the Brighton room,' was a bit of a challenge due to motion sensors. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even upgrading my room and making me feel extra special. The location was great, just a few blocks from State St, though parking was a bit tricky. The dining experience was sufficient but could have had more food options. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
